Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We warrant that every product will operate as advertised when installed and used as intended. If a product does not perform as advertised within 30 days of delivery, contact us at bees@beesindustrial.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will repair or replace the product, or issue a refund, at our discretion.

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear.
